These are the images I was given to go of when I was creating the jet pack.

 To start of  I created a turbine using cylinders and cuboids to make the blades rotating them to make the effect better.

after i made the turbine I added the other parts that make one side of the jet pack after this I mirrored the left side to create the right side.
